SHORT & FOCUSED PROGRAMS
TWO DAY INTENSIVES
The warm up to begin the year with aerial arts
Learn the aerial basics or get back into working on your strength and technique in these focused two day training sessions for all levels.
WHO ARE THESE INTENSIVES FOR?
Our Two-Day Intensives are designed for anyone who wants to experience aerial in a focused, approachable way without the commitment of a full-term class. Whether you’re brand new to aerial, returning after time away, or looking to deepen specific skills, these intensives offer a supportive and structured introduction to training in the air.
Over two days, you’ll learn essential techniques, build strength and confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of aerial movement and safety. These intensives are ideal for curious beginners, cross-training athletes, dancers, or anyone ready to explore something new in a welcoming, professional environment.
This is your chance to try aerial, ask questions, and discover what’s possible.
